E-Commerce Operation (Staff)
The Job:
You will support the administration and management of our inhouse E-Commerce Platform (website). You will play a key role in updating products, running promotions and adds, and supporting the selling process. This is will be a good opportunity for professionals passionate about digital commerce, technology, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Uploading products, updating content, optimizing product pages for search (SEO). Ensure product information, pricing, and visuals are accurate and aesthetic.
- Inventory & Logistics: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouses, managing order fulfillment.
- Marketing & Sales: Using platform marketing tools, creating promotions, analyzing sales data, generating reports.
- Customer Service: Responding to inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordination: Liaising with other departments (Branding, Marketing, Logistics) and third-party partners.
- Data Analysis: Using data to make informed decisions and improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of Shopify e-commerce platform is a must
- Tech-savvy, AI enthusiast, quick learner, and proactive problem solver
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling product content
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Excellent skill using Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English
