Qualifications :
- Max age of 33 years, good work attitude
- Min. bachelor degree (any major)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Shoppe Operation Specialist
- Familiar with and able to maximize the features available on Shoppe
- Proficient in Shoppe digital ads
- Able to work in a team and multitask
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and strong numerical skills-
- Willing to be placed in Gold Coast Office, PIK, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara
Job Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Shoppe marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement creative content video strategies tailored for Shoppe, including trends analysis, and influencer collaborations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven analysis.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on marketplace trends, challenges, and algorithm changes to leverage new opportunities and keep content relevant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including social media specialist, creative design, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Compliance: Ensure that all content adheres to Shoppe’s community guidelines and legal regulations.
