Deskripsi pekerjaan E-commerce Operation Lead (Shopee & TikTok) PT Human Assist Indonesia
We are hirinf on behalf our client, a fast growing Baby Care brand, for an E-commerce Operations Lead position. This role will be responsible for driving Shopee & TikTok growth, managing marketplace strategies, improving sales performence, and leading the marketplace operation team. This role is location in Sunter, North Jakarta.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the overall operations of the company's Shopee and TikTok Shop stores.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- Manage and mentor the e-commerce operations team while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate closely with Shopee and TikTok platform account managers to secure additional platform resources and marketing opportunities.
- Monitor platform performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to optimize sales and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably managing Shopee and TikTok Shop stores.
- Proven experience managing high-performing e-commerce stores, preferably for leading FMCG or consumer brands.
- Experience leading an e-commerce operations team is required.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, campaign planning, and performance optimization.
- Experienced in collaborating with Shopee/TikTok platform teams to maximize campaign opportunities and platform resources.
- Experience in scaling a brand from 0 to 1 is highly preferred.
- Experience in Mother & Baby category is a strong advantage.
