Deskripsi pekerjaan E-Commerce Operation Executive Power Commerce Asia
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the team and overall annual sales target from E-commerce, and also take care of brand stores in marketplaces
- Analyze & maintain forecasting stock and monitoring for order and post-order
- Analyze and prepare data for monthly sales reports to present to management and the brand
- Manage online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales conversion, and reporting
- Manage in-house marketplace ads
- Relationship with e-commerce channels
Requirements:
- Can use MS.Office (vlookup, pivot, & basic formulas)
- Can make reports and presentations
- Experience managing marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktokshop, Blibli, etc.)
- Familiar with all the features in the Seller Center marketplace
- Familiar with order management system
- Good analysis and reporting
- Proficient in using English and Bahasa Indonesia as working languages is a plus
