Deskripsi pekerjaan E-Commerce Operation Executive Power Commerce Asia

Responsibilities:

Monitor the team and overall annual sales target from E-commerce, and also take care of brand stores in marketplaces
Analyze & maintain forecasting stock and monitoring for orders and post-order
Analyze and prepare data for monthly sales reports to present to management and the brand
Manage online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales conversion, and reporting
Manage in-house marketplace ads
Relationship with e-commerce channels

Requirements:

Can use MS Office (vlookup, pivot, & basic formulas)
Can make reports and presentations
Experience managing marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Blibli, etc.)
Familiar with all the features in the Seller Center marketplace
Familiar with the order management system
Good analysis and reporting
Proficient in using English and Bahasa Indonesia as working languages is a plus
