As we continue to grow our e-commerce presence, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operation Coordinator to support our daily marketplace operations, ensure smooth order fulfillment, maintain store performance, and deliver an excellent customer experience across all online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day operations across all e-commerce marketplaces to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
- Monitor daily orders throughout the end-to-end fulfillment process, from order receipt and packing to shipment and delivery.
- Ensure excellent service quality and customer satisfaction across all operational activities, promotional campaigns, and marketplace initiatives.
- Maintain store and product health across all marketplaces, ensuring compliance with platform policies and operational standards.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date, including SKU, pricing, product photos, descriptions, and other relevant details.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics partners, customer service, and other internal stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Analyze daily e-commerce performance and prepare regular reports on sales, orders, stock availability, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to handle customer complaints professionally, provide appropriate solutions within the required response time, and follow up until resolution.
- Identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement to enhance marketplace efficiency and the overall customer shopping experience.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce marketplaces in Indonesia, such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or Lazada.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, particularly for data management, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and operational data accurately.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills when working with cross-functional teams.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
