We are looking for a passionate and driven E-commerce Operation Staff to join us! If you are enthusiastic about the E-commerce landscape, especially Marketplace and enjoy turning data into actionable strategies, we’d love to meet you.
Familiarity with Amoeba Management or a strong desire to work in a performance-based, transparent accounting environment is highly preferred.
We are looking for candidates with a strong foundational understanding of Amoeba Management or a high adaptability to our Amoeba corporate culture. Candidates should be self-driven to pursue growth and advance their careers. Regardless of their role, they must be eager to learn new knowledge and motivated to work hard to earn higher compensation, rather than simply taking orders from superiors.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations Marketplace of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and others, including product uploads, content scheduling, and shop optimization.
- Develop and execute sales plans, campaign strategies, and promotional calendars in marketplace
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage Marketplace Live Hosts ensuring consistent performance and high-quality live sessions.
- Analyze live streaming metrics, shop performance, traffic sources, and sales figures to generate operational insights.
- Brainstorm and execute creative ideas to increase engagement, traffic, and conversion on Marketplace.
- Maintain strong communication with other team members.
- Work toward achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Strong understanding of the E-commerce platform and its tools.
- Skilled in analyzing sales data and developing campaign strategies.
- Creative, proactive, and target-driven.
- Able to communicate in English is a must.
Salary and Bonus
- Base Salary as stated above per month (commensurate with experience).
- Amoeba Profit Sharing: According to your KPIs and performance, you will receive a bonus based on the net profit generated in your team, which will be allocated by your leader.
- Other Incentives: Additional bonuses tied to specific targets set for the team or individual.
