Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain hotel listings across OTAs and other online booking platforms.
- Update room availability, rates, promotions, packages, and room information.
- Monitor online reservations and ensure booking information is accurate.
- Coordinate with Reservation and Front Office teams regarding online bookings.
- Monitor OTA extranet platforms and resolve basic booking or system issues.
- Assist in managing promotions, special offers, and online campaigns.
- Monitor room inventory and rate consistency across distribution channels.
- Review guest reviews and online feedback and coordinate responses when required.
- Prepare basic reports on online bookings, production, and channel performance.
- Maintain accurate content, photos, descriptions, and policies across online platforms.
- Support rate loading, mapping, and inventory updates.
- Follow company guidelines for online distribution and revenue-related activities.
