Location: Batu Ceper, Tangerang
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in the Home Living industry.
- Understanding about all E-commerce Channel (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc)
- familiar with Project Campaign, Marketplace violation, etc
- Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
- Strategic, Innovative, Professional, Detail oriented, Organized.
- Willing to work at Batu Ceper, Tangerang.
RESPONSIBILITY :
E-commerce Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize the company’s ecommerce platforms, including website, Instagram,Tik Tok and other online retail channels.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
Product Management & Marketing Promotions :
- Oversee the development of seasonal or promotional product collections, ensuring the content and promotions align with overall ecommerce goals.
- Coordinate with the product team to ensure that all product information, including descriptions, images, and prices, are up-to-date and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Develop and manage promotions, including discounts, flash sales, and bundle offers, to attract and retain customers.
