- We're looking for : E-commerce Manager (F&B or Coffee Shop)
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or online sales, including experience in leading a team or managing strategic campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystem (GoFood, GrabFood, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia)
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Google Sheets/Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic analysis)
- Experience in driving sales growth, campaign strategy, and platform optimization
- Strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail in data input
- Basic communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Social media savvy with understanding of digital trends and consumer behavior
