E-Commerce Manager
Qualifications:
- Having 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online retail trends.
- Knowledge of Platform Ads and social media advertising.
- Results driven, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage and lead team to enhance creativity and innovation.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang.
Job Description:
- Manage and update product listings, visuals, pricing, and inventory across ecommerce platforms.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issue, and coordinate with internal teams to implement improvements.
- Manage campaign submissions, seasonal promotions, and platform features to drive traffic and support business growth.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, coordinate with customer service to ensure timely resolution of complaints and maintain optimal shipping performance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly performance report, identify underperforming areas, and implement data-driven strategies to improve overall e-commerce results.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Manage and optimize Live Streaming activities to enhance sales performance across ecommerce platform.
- Coordinate with design teams for visuals, banners, and other creative assets.
