E-commerce Manager

Job Description:

1. Manage and optimize the company’s ecommerce platform to ensure smooth operations and a seamless user experience.

2. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media ads, email marketing) to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.

3. Analyze sales and traffic data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and formulate data-driven marketing strategies.

4. Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of the product catalog, as well as plan pricing and promotional strategies.

5. Collaborate with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.

6. Prepare regular ecommerce performance reports for management and provide recommendations for improvements.

7. Manage the ecommerce budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication Science, or related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing ecommerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns.

3. Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee and TikTok) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

4. Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM to optimize visibility and conversion rates.

5. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.

6. Ability to analyze sales and traffic data to formulate effective strategies.

7. Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to improve ecommerce performance.

8. Ability to lead a team and collaborate with multiple departments (marketing, logistics, customer service).

9. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle budgets effectively.
