Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall e-commerce business strategy, with full accountability for GMV, revenue growth, and business performance.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to scale Shopee and TikTok Shop, including traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, pricing, promotions, and campaign planning.
- Set sales targets, budgets, and performance KPIs, and ensure the team delivers against business objectives.
- Analyze business performance, market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
- Lead, manage, and develop the e-commerce team, ensuring clear responsibilities, strong execution, and measurable results.
- Optimize the use of platform marketing tools and collaborate with Ads, KOL & Affiliate, Content, and Livestream teams to maximize overall sales performance.
- Report business results and strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, with substantial experience managing Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Proven track record of scaling GMV and achieving sales targets, supported by clear performance metrics.
- Experience developing business strategies, managing budgets, and making data-driven commercial decisions.
- Proven team leadership and the ability to drive team performance and accountability.
- Strong understanding of marketplace growth strategies, platform campaigns, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in FMCG, mom & baby, or other consumer product categories is an advantage.
- Willing to relocate to our new office location
