--About the Role
Trove & Co. is a growing jewelry brand looking for an experineced E-commerce Marketing Specialist who knows how to drive real results. We're looking for someone with a solid background in e-commerce, from marketing, SEO and website improvement, who can back it up with a portfolio that shows performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns focused on traffic growth and conversions
- Manage and optimize paid ads across Google, Facebook, and Instagram
- Lead SEO strategy to improve organic rankings and drive consistent traffic
- Run and optimize email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
- Track performance metrics and turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with the creative team on promotional content and campaigns
- Use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow — for content, research, optimization, and more
- Stay current on e-commerce and marketing trends
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience specifically in e-commerce marketing or digital advertising
- Strong knowledge of SEO — this is a core requirement
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in Shopify and Klaviyo
- Experience with SEM and PPC strategies
- Comfortable and confident using AI tools daily — this is part of how we work
- A portfolio that clearly shows past campaigns and the results you achieved — this is required to be considered
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and communicate campaign performance
- Fluent in English
- Able to work independently and move fast
