LPR Works Indonesia is a fast-growing startup specializing in innovative gadget accessories. We are looking for an E-commerce Supervisor who is result-oriented and data-driven to lead our online sales operations and accelerate our growth across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations of our official stores on major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop,).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of marketplace campaigns (e.g., Twin Dates, Payday Sales, Flash Sales).
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure stock availability and manage product listings to ensure high visibility and accuracy.
- Manage and optimize marketplace ads with Ads team (CPAS, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Marketing Solutions) to achieve efficient ROAS.
- Supervise and mentor the e-commerce admin team to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Background in gadget accessories or tech lifestyle is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of the back-end systems of Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong ability to read and interpret data (Seller Center analytics, Excel, or Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with marketplace advertising tools and inventory management systems.
- Proven experience in managing a team and hitting sales targets consistently.
