Job Description:
- Support in managing and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Support in optimizing product titles, descriptions, pricing, promotions, bundles, and visuals to increase conversion rates and sales.
- Support in planning and executing promotional campaigns, flash sales, and voucher programs.
- Help monitor and analyze e-commerce, livestream, and affiliate performance to gather actionable insights.
- Support prepare summary and performance reports under the guidance of the E-Commerce team.
- Support in optimizing campaign and paid ads performance across all e-commerce platforms.
Required Skills:
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of promotion, pricing, and sales planning.
- Basic understanding with e-commerce marketplace operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
