E Commerce Internship
Job Description
- Support marketplace campaigns and promotional activities across various e-commerce platforms
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, promotional details, and inventory updates
- Assist in driving product visibility and traffic through marketplace tools and promotional features
- Support the coordination of live shopping activities, including schedules and communication with hosts or creators
- Update market trends, and marketplace developments
- Assist the team in reviewing sales and marketplace performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or final-year students from Business, Marketing, Management, Digital Commerce, or related majors
- Prior exposure to e-commerce is a plus, whether through internships, campus projects, personal online stores, freelance work, or organizational activities
- Interested in learning about marketplace operations, e-commerce growth, and digital business
- Familliar to learn platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Familiar with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, Google Docs / Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work with numbers and identify simple performance insight
- Quick to adapt, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
