We are looking for a passionate and experienced Ecommerce Executive to join our team at a leading retail company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our ecommerce operations, ensuring a superior customer experience, and increasing sales through online platforms.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our ecommerce platform to increase conversions and revenue.
Design and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
Manage online product inventory and ensure adequate stock availability.
Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with ecommerce standards and policies, including customer data security.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce management or related role in the retail industry.
Formal education in a related field such as business, digital marketing, or information technology.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and online performance analysis tools.
Good analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and making strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
