Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and booking platforms.
- Respond to guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, pricing, promotions, and facilities.
- Assist customers through the booking process and follow up on reservations.
- Manage complaints and resolve issues with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, reservations, marketing) to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain database and update booking records accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or online handling is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Fast response, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Able to handle multiple chats/platforms simultaneously.
- Familiar with OTA platforms (Traveloka, Tiket.com, Airbnb, etc.) is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English is a must.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
