Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to support and grow our online retail operations. This role involves managing product listings, ensuring smooth order processing, and working closely with internal teams to optimize the customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and has a passion for ecommerce and digital retail.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of ecommerce or online retail experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon)
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets; basic knowledge of analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
