This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our e-commerce initiatives while working in one of the most vibrant and tourist-friendly areas of Bali. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and operations to help drive our online sales and revenue growth.

The E-commerce Operations and Revenue Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online sales channels, including order processing, customer service, and digital marketing campaigns. This role involves monitoring and optimizing e-commerce performance, ensuring seamless operations across platforms, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies that increase brand visibility and sales. The ideal candidate will also be involved in analyzing data to improve customer engagement and revenue generation, as well as overseeing the day-to-day management of our online store and digital advertising efforts.

We are seeking a candidate with an Associate Degree or equivalent, and between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field. Strong skills in customer service, digital marketing, order management, store operations, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads are essential.
