E-Commerce & Reservation at Villa Harmony, located mainly at Batu Belig, Kerobokan - Kuta Utara, Badung, Bali

• Health : Physically and mentally healthy.
Job Description :
• Manage all OTAs (Online Travel Agents) such as Booking.com, Agoda, Tiket.com, Traveloka, Airbnb, etc.
• Regularly update prices, room availability, and promotions.
• Ensure hotel content (photos, descriptions, amenities) is always accurate and engaging.
• Monitor OTA performance (ranking, reviews, conversion rates) and propose improvement strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to adjust pricing strategies and sales packages.
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews on online platforms professionally.
• Handle F&B and coordinate with Finance and Marketing regarding reservations and payments.
• Handle Social Media Harmony Private Villa & Beach Suite
• Assist in creating online promotional packages with the marketing team.
• Maintain guest satisfaction through fast, friendly, and professional communication (complaint handling).
• Receive, record, and confirm bookings from various channels (OTA, website, WhatsApp, telephone, walk-in).
• Ensure reservation data is entered into the manual calendar correctly and accurately.
• Provide information on rooms, rates, amenities, and hotel policies to prospective guests.
• Manage special guest requests and coordinate with the front office and housekeeping.
• Avoid overbooking by ensuring strict inventory control between OTAs and manual bookings.
Reporting :
• Create daily order reports, pickup reports & occupancy forecasts
• Oversees overall villa quality and reports to the Manager.
