Deskripsi pekerjaan E-commerce & Partnership Specialist Superalink
We are looking for an E-commerce & Partnership Specialist to help grow Superalink's online sales channels and strategic partnerships in Indonesia. This role will be responsible for managing marketplace performance, executing promotional campaigns, building business partnerships, and identifying new growth opportunities that increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Responsibilities
E-commerce Management
- Manage Superalink's e-commerce channels, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and future marketplace platforms.
- Monitor store performance, sales trends, traffic, conversion rates, ratings, and customer feedback.
- Optimize product listings, pricing visibility, promotional mechanics, and campaign participation.
- Coordinate marketplace campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Content teams to maximize marketplace traffic and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and marketplace performance.
Business Partnership Development
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with strategic partners that align with Superalink's growth objectives.
- Build partnerships with travel brands, airlines, travel communities, tourism organizations, universities, events, and other relevant organizations.
- Support co-marketing initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, and collaborative campaigns.
- Coordinate partnership discussions, proposals, agreements, and execution.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities and manage ongoing partner relationships.
Event & Community Partnerships
- Explore opportunities to participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, community events, and industry gatherings.
- Coordinate event partnerships and sponsorship activations.
- Support on-ground and online partnership activities that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor e-commerce and partnership performance against business objectives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance, partnership outcomes, campaign results, and growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and identify new growth channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in E-commerce, Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, or related fields.
- Experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, promotional mechanics, and sales performance metrics.
- Experience building and managing external partnerships or business collaborations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales, traffic, conversion, and campaign performance data.
- Passion for travel, lifestyle, technology, or digital products is a plus.
