Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and policies across all communication channels.
- Manage customer interactions through marketplace platforms and other digital channels effectively.
- Build positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone in all customer communications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related role.
- Good understanding of general marketplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of company products and services; passionate about the beauty industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated individual.
- Strong work ethic and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Own a personal laptop or working device is preferred.
- Experience in the beauty industry is an advantage.
