Job Descriptions:
- Monitor and respond to all customer inquiries, order-related questions, concerns, reviews, and feedbacks
- Process incoming orders
- Handle customer requests regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Records customer transactions and inquiries for future reference
- Update product listing on e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate with warehouse inventory lead to ensure timely order fulfillment
Job Requirements:
- Work From Home (WFH)
- Have a decent phone and laptop
- Fast response and willing to work long hours including weekend
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in administration will be a plus
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia
- Able to multitask in handling customer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Manage time effectively
