Responsibilities:
- Assist in uploading and updating product listings on marketplaces
- Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels are accurate and up to date
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle basic customer service tasks
- Assist in preparing simple reports (daily/weekly)
Requirements:
- Active university student or fresh graduate (any major, preferably business/marketing)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Responsive and able to work well in a team
