We are looking for an experienced Account Manager (TikTok Shop) to drive sales growth through marketplace operations and livestream optimization. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the TikTok Shop, executing promotional campaigns, maintaining livestream operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
Candidates with prior experience handling women's fashion brands on TikTok Shop will be highly preferred.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage and monitor the overall performance of the TikTok Shop.
* Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly sales and GMV targets.
* Plan, monitor, and optimize daily livestream performance to maximize conversion and revenue.
* Analyze livestream metrics (GMV, CTR, CVR, AOV, traffic, watch time, etc.) and propose actionable improvements.
* Coordinate with hosts, affiliate & content team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
* Plan and execute platform campaigns such as Flash Sale, Super Brand Day, Payday, Double Date Campaigns (8.8, 9.9, 10.10, etc.).
* Manage product assortment, pricing, stock availability, bundles, vouchers, and promotional activities.
* Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends within the women's fashion category.
*Requirements*
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience managing marketplace operations.
* Experience handling *women's fashion/apparel brands is highly preferred.*
* Proven track record of achieving sales growth and GMV targets.
