E-commerce Account Executive

Job Description:

1. Build, maintain, and develop strong long-term relationships with existing merchants.
2. Act as the main point of contact between merchants and the company, ensuring concerns and issues are addressed promptly.
3. Monitor merchants' shipping performance and drive growth across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and others.
4. Conduct research on merchants experiencing a decrease in shipping volume and coordinate with internal teams to meet merchants' requirements.
5. Prepare reports and conduct analysis on merchants' shipping results, conversion rates, and competitor performance.
6. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce shipping trends and identify market opportunities to acquire new merchants.
7. Act as an active source of information for merchants regarding new products, promotions, or policies.
8. Drive revenue by actively finding new merchants to activate our company's shipping services.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role (fresh graduates may be considered).
3. Ability to manage multiple merchants and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Target-driven with a strong passion for sales and merchant acquisition.
5. Well-groomed, confident, and professional.
6. Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Good understanding of sales data, reporting, and market trends.
9. Experience in the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus.
