1. To keep all kitchen area is clean all the time
2. To keep all equipment clean all the time
3. To keep all chiller and freezer clean, right temperature and all ingredients in good condition.
4. To make sure the trolley is always clean, all the time.
5. To make sure plate and china were is ready for service, dry and clean.
6. To keep store is clean, right temperature and all ingredients in good condition.
7. To make sure loading dock is clean after pick up ingredients
8. To make sure steward area are clean, follow HACCP procedures.
