Job Summary
The Daily Worker Runner is responsible for supporting daily operations by ensuring the timely delivery of food, beverages, equipment, supplies, and guest requests between departments and service areas. This role plays an important part in maintaining smooth operations and delivering excellent guest experiences at Reload Sanctuary.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen or bar to designated service areas.
Assist with setting up and clearing tables, event spaces, and operational areas.
Support operational teams with transporting supplies, equipment, and inventory as required.
Ensure all guest requests are communicated and fulfilled efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and back-of-house areas.
Assist in replenishing operational supplies throughout the venue.
Support special events, classes, workshops, and community activities when required.
Follow all company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
Assist other departments as assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, wellness, gym, or service industries is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and carry items throughout the shift.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented.
Basic English communication is an advantage.
