- Fluent in English
- Minimum high school / vocational school (preferably hospitality background)
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Able to work individually or in a team
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the same position is an advantage
- Willing to work in shifts
- Domicile in Bali
