Education
• Minimum Diploma (D1/D3) in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Guest Service, Front Office, Guest Relations, or a similar position.
• Experience in a 4/5-star hotel or luxury villa is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Able to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel/villa facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Computer literate; familiarity with hotel PMS is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
