Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or vocational school (SMK), preferably in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Engineering or Maintenance within a hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Able to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.
- Physically fit, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on a Daily Worker (DW) basis, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
