ZIN Canggu Resort & Villas is a boutique resort in the heart of Canggu, Bali, located on Jl. Nelayan, around 100 metres from the beach. It combines accommodation, dining, co-working, fitness, wellness, and event spaces in one property.

Job Summary :

The DW Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance and reliability of dishwashing equipment, kitchen equipment and related engineering systems within the hotel. The role supports the Engineering Department and Food & Beverage operations by keeping equipment safe, clean, functional and available for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inspect, operate, maintain and repair dishwashing machines and related kitchen equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential problems before breakdowns occur.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Ensure equipment is operating safely, efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
• Check water supply, drainage, electrical connections, heating systems, pumps, filters and other relevant components.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and operational complaints.
• Diagnose technical problems and carry out appropriate repairs.
• Respond to urgent engineering requests during operational hours.
• Follow the hotel's preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, spare parts and equipment condition.
• Follow all hotel safety, fire safety, electrical and engineering procedures.
• Support emergency maintenance and operational requirements.
• Assist with installation, relocation and commissioning of new equipment.
