DW Bellman

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Bellman, Porter, or in a similar position within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic to intermediate English proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, courteous, and proactive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and handle guests' luggage safely.
• Able to operate a buggy (golf cart) safely and responsibly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A) is preferred or required in accordance with company policy.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and the ability to transport guests comfortably and securely within the property.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Honest, reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiar with hotel facilities and surrounding areas to provide accurate information and assistance to guests.
