Deskripsi pekerjaan DW Adventure Leader Pt. Bali Safari Marine Park
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an MC/host for animal shows, educational programs, and special events.
- Deliver engaging and easy-to-understand information about animals, conservation, the environment, and Taman Safari Bali.
- Assist Bus Guides in providing commentary and educational information during safari journeys.
- Welcome, interact with, and engage guests to create a positive and memorable experience.
- Provide information about activities, facilities, show schedules, and guest areas.
- Assist in managing guest flow and ensuring guests follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with Animal Care, Show Team, Guest Experience, and other related departments during shows and guest activities.
- Support games, entertainment activities, educational programs, and other special events as required.
- Respond to basic guest questions and direct guests to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, energetic, and positive attitude as a representative of Taman Safari Bali.
Job Requirements
- Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Good communication and public speaking skills.
- Confident in speaking and performing in front of an audience.
- Energetic, friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Strong interest in animals, conservation, environmental education, and entertainment.
- Able to communicate information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Experience as an MC, presenter, tour guide, event crew, entertainer, guest experience staff, or similar role is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
