We are looking for a passionate Drafter to join our team. This role will be responsible for create and manage accurate technical drawings for retail store projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create technical drawings for retail stores, including layout plans, floor plans, and construction drawings.
2. Translate design concepts and brand guidelines into clear, accurate, and buildable drawings.
3. Coordinate closely with the Design Manager, Project Manager, and contractors to ensure drawings align with site conditions, timelines, and budget.
4. Update drawings based on site changes, feedback, and revisions.
5. Maintain a well-organized, version-controlled drawing database for all store projects (new openings, renovations, and closures).
Requirements
1. 1–3 years of experience in drafting (retail or F&B experience preferred), fresh graduate are wellcome to apply
2. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Familiar with retail fit-out processes and store layout planning.
