Senior Architectural & Interior Drafter / Technical Draftsperson
Location: Bali, Indonesia
Employment: Full-time
Salary: IDR 6,000,000/month, depending on experience and qualifications
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented technical drafter to join our growing design and construction team.
The role focuses on translating concepts, sketches, and instructions into accurate, professional, construction-ready drawings. We seek a technically strong executor rather than primarily a creative designer.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural, structural, interior, and construction drawings.
- Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, layouts, and shop drawings.
- Use AutoCAD and SketchUp to develop and revise technical documentation.
- Coordinate drawings with engineers, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Check dimensions, materials, construction details, and technical consistency.
- Maintain organised drawing files, revisions, and documentation.
- Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional drafting experience.
- Strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills.
- Background in architecture, civil/structural engineering, or technical drafting.
- Experience with architectural and interior construction drawings.
- Strong understanding of building methods, materials, dimensions, and construction details.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Villa, hospitality, residential, or commercial project experience is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of English is a plus.
