Drafter/ DWG Architectural Drawing Staff (ASAP)
We are currently looking for a Drafter/DWG Architectural Drawing Staff (Project-Wise) to join our team immediately.
Job Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D & 3D architectural drawings using CAD software
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings for houses/villas
- Develop detailed millwork/shop drawings for kitchen sets, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, and custom furniture
- Revise drawings based on architect, engineer, site team, or client feedback
- Coordinate with project/site team to ensure drawings match site conditions
- Work project-wise and handle multiple drawing tasks based on project priorities
- Ensure drawings comply with building standards, structural requirements, and local regulations
- Prepare material specifications, dimensions, finishes, and hardware details
- Maintain updated and organized drawing files for all projects
Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD / DWG architectural drawing
- Able to operate SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD is a plus
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction detailing
- Detail-oriented, fast, and accurate
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Flexible working hours
- Must be available whenever the company requires support, revisions, or urgent updates
- Experience in villa or residential projects is preferred
