Deskripsi pekerjaan Drafter/Interior Designer PT Sun Karya Indonesia (Prestige Interior Design)
Description :
• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Follow trends in interior design industry and actively learning to stay up-to-date with interior design practices
• Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase
• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
• Source materials and products included in plans
• Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed
• Prepares sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to clients
• Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements :
Male/Female 20-40 years old
Strong aesthetic sense and creativity
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Render (2-3 years)
Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field
Experience in project management in the commercial & residential sectors would be beneficial
Fast learner and able to do market research independently
