Deskripsi pekerjaan Drafter & Quantity Surveyor PT Tigamitra Adhi Perkasa
Tanggungjawab Jabatan:
- Merencanakan, merancang, membuat as build drawing, shop drawing, design dan detail bangunan/konstruksi
- Memastikan design sesuai dengan standard dan kualitas yang telah ditentukan
- Memastikan gambar kerja dapat diaplikasikan di lapangan
- Menyusun dan melakukan perhitungan RAB, material take off, dan Bill of Quantity (BoQ)
- Membuat analisa harga dan pekerjaan
- Menghitung, menyiapkan, mengidentifikasi anggaran dan kebutuhan proyek
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait
Kualifikasi Jabatan:
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma/Sarjana jurusan Teknik Sipil/Setara
- Memiliki keterampilan AutoCAD 2007-2016, Sketchup, dan rendering 3D
- Minimal pengalaman satu tahun dibidang yang sama
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang manajemen proyek
- Kemampuan analisis, komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik
