Responsibilities:
🔹Oversee DPLK fund operations, including contributions, withdrawals, investments, and switching transactions.
🔹Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of fund transactions with custodians and asset managers.
🔹Lead and develop the Client Services & Operations team to achieve service level standards.
🔹Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure SLA achievement.
🔹Ensure compliance with tax benefit guidelines, AML requirements, and pension fund regulations.
🔹Identify operational risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
🔹Prepare regular operational and client service performance reports.
🔹Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
🔹Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Solutions, Investments, Finance, Compliance, and IT.
🔹Coordinate with custodians, asset managers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless fund operations.
Requirements:
🟢 Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a relevant field.
🟢 Experience in DPLK operations, pension fund services, pension fund administration, or related financial services.
🟢 Experience in fund services, investment operations, or pension fund/DPLK operations.
🟢 Strong understanding of fund transactions, reconciliation, investment operations, and pension fund processes.
🟢 Familiarity with pension fund regulations, AML requirements, and tax-related guidelines.
🟢 Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
🟢 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
