General Qualifications
- Minimum Master's Degree (S2) in a relevant field from a reputable university
- Doctoral Degree (S3) is an advantage
- Academic Functional Rank (JFA) is preferred
- Previous teaching experience in higher education is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Committed to the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education (Teaching, Research, and Community Service)
- Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic academic environment
- Proficient in utilizing digital learning technologies and educational platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning activities in the assigned discipline
- Develop and update course materials and learning resources
- Conduct research and contribute to scholarly publications
- Participate in community engagement and outreach programs
- Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students
- Support faculty and university initiatives to achieve institutional goals
