🎨 We’re Hiring: Printing Supervisor (Cikupa Can Factory)
Join our client production team and take charge of tin can printing operations. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise in automatic UV printing systems and coating processes.
🔑Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily tin can printing operations
- Operate and troubleshoot UV printing & coating machines
- Ensure print quality, color consistency, and production efficiency
- Coordinate with overseas machine suppliers for technical support & spare parts
- Train and guide operators to maintain high standards
- Drive continuous improvement in printing and coating processes
📌Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering, Printing Technology, Mechanical, or Industrial fields
- 3–5 years of experience in tin can printing/metal decorating
- Strong hands-on experience with UV printing machines (Crabtree, Fuji, or equivalent)
- Troubleshooting skills and ability to coordinate with overseas suppliers
- Mandarin language ability is a plus
