Requirements:
Male
Minimum education: Dentist (drg.)
Possesses a valid STR and SIP licenses
Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience as a dentist
Has experience and competence in esthetic dental treatments (e.g., bleaching, veneers, smile design, aligners, etc.)
Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
Strong communication, leadership, and management skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to high-quality patient care
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Governance
Lead Dental Excellence: Take full ownership of the delivery of premium aesthetic and general dental health services, ensuring every patient receives top-tier care.
Regulatory & Ethical Integrity: Act as the guardian of clinical standards, ensuring all medical practices strictly follow professional ethics, internal SOPs, and prevailing legal regulations.
Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize the daily use of dental equipment, medical supplies, and pharmaceuticals, while maintaining rigorous sterilization and clinic hygiene protocols.
Team Management & Quality Assurance
Clinical Supervision: Mentor and oversee a multidisciplinary team—including dentists, dental nurses, and medical staff—to maintain high performance and professional growth.
Patient Safety & Documentation: Champion patient safety initiatives and ensure that all medical records are meticulously detailed, accurate, and kept up to date.
Continuous Improvement: Develop, implement, and periodically review clinical SOPs to adapt to the latest medical advancements and improve clinic efficiency.
Clinical Practice & Strategy
Expert Dental Care: Provide hands-on clinical expertise by performing thorough examinations, accurate diagnoses, and advanced dental treatments within your scope of competency.
