Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in export documentation or related field
- Understanding export document processing
- Understanding export logistic processing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and value
- Have A & C driving license is a plus
Job Descriptions:
- Arrange Vessel Booking to Agent
- Prepare export documents (Invoice, Packing List, COA)
- Finalize Bill of Lading (switching BL process) and COO (Certificate of Origin from KADIN)
- Collecting and sending softcopy documents (final invoice, packing list, BL, COO and COA) to customer
- Monitor export schedule and maintain accurate shipment and documentation records
