Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Document Center with experience in administration or document control. The candidate will have hands-on manage documents systematically and records management with strong basic knowledge of management software and the ability to handle email and digital communication effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration and Records Management or a related field
- Preferred to be single (male/female)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration or document control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of document management and records management practices
- Good data entry skills with fast and accurate typing ability
- Basic understanding of software management will be an advantage
- Ability to manage emails and digital communication effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong discipline and responsibility in completing tasks
- Ability to organize and manage documents systematically
