Dive Guide

Cove Eco Resort is a boutique eco-resort in Raja Ampat, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through world-class diving, personalized hospitality, and a strong commitment to the natural environment.

Cove Eco Resort – Raja Ampat is currently seeking a professional and experienced Dive Guide to join our team!

Requirements:

• Minimum certification PADI Divemaster / equivalent
• Valid First Aid & CPR / EFR certification
• Valid Rescue Diver certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dive Guide / Divemaster
• Good knowledge of dive safety, dive planning, and underwater procedures
• Experienced in guiding recreational dives and conducting guest briefings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest-service orientation and professional attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a remote island environment
• Willing to be based in Raja Ampat especially Yeben Island
• Good English communication skills.
