Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales achievement and sustainable growth within the assigned territory
- Manage and improve distributor performance, including sales, stock health, coverage, service level, and operational effectiveness
- Lead, coach, and develop distributor sales teams to improve productivity and field execution
- Expand distribution and market coverage by increasing active outlets, product availability, and penetration of key SKUs
- Ensure strong in-store execution, including availability, visibility, promotion, and successful NPD launches
- Analyze territory performance, identify business opportunities, and develop clear action plans to close performance gaps
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 3–5 years of Sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong experience in General Trade / Traditional Trade and distributor management
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or Consumer Goods is preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, agile, commercially driven, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
