We help brands build high-impact brand narratives that drive real business outcomes, through TV Commercials, Viral Campaigns, Company Profiles, AI-powered Content, Social Media, and Performance-led Creative Distribution. With more than 50 Creative Directors, we transform brand strategies into high-performing creative executions, including our proprietary growth-driven campaign system (internally known as Brand Orgasm).
Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified traffic, leads, and business opportunities for the agency
• Plan and execute performance-driven digital campaigns, especially on:
• TikTok Ads (conversion, GMV-driven, affiliate-based)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (search & display)
• Understand and optimize GMV, ROAS, CPA, and funnel performance, especially for TikTok Shop & social commerce
• Develop and execute Brand Orgasm–style campaigns (viral narrative + performance distribution)
• Manage and collaborate with freelancers, creators, KOLs, affiliates, and third parties
• Conduct market, brand, and competitor research (market share, audience behavior, trend mapping)
• Build strategic campaign frameworks that align narrative, content, and media distribution
• Create and oversee content strategy for social media (organic & paid)
• Write and refine copy for ads, emails, proposals, pitch decks, websites, and landing pages
• Build and manage partnerships (media, affiliates, platforms, communities)
• Ensure KPIs (GMV, ROAS, reach, engagement, leads) are achieved on time and effectively
• Actively participate as a content creator / brand voice when needed (camera confidence is a plus)
• Pitch strategies and campaigns to clients through clear, convincing presentations
• Prepare and manage MoU and commercial agreements for partners and clients

Candidate Requirements and Skills:
• Minimum 3+ years experience as a marketing, brand, product, or performance strategist
• Proven experience running integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, including:
• TikTok Ads Manager
• GMV optimization
• Affiliate & creator-driven sales models
• Solid knowledge of campaign analytics & performance measurement
• (ROAS, CPA, CTR, GMV, retention, scaling logic)
• Understanding of AI-driven growth tools, such as:
• AI SEO & content optimization
• AI-assisted content production & ideation
• Strong ability to translate brand narratives into performance-driven content
• A strategic problem solver with the ability to think both creatively and commercially
• Comfortable working with content creators, KOLs, and affiliates
• Proficient in English (written & verbal)
• Creative, high-initiative, and execution-oriented
• Strong critical thinking with research-based decision making
• Understands basic design & content production principles
• High negotiation and communication skills
• Strong digital marketing foundation (paid, organic, and hybrid models)
• Well-connected within the marketing, creator, or startup ecosystem
• Based in Jakarta
